Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing and using PilahFoto at pilahfoto.id, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PilahFoto is an online photo selection platform that allows photographers to:

• Connect Google Drive folders as client galleries.
• Share password-protected gallery links with clients.
• Receive client selections through WhatsApp.

3. User Accounts

• You must have a valid Google account to use PilahFoto.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may not share your account with third parties without authorization.
• We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms.

4. Google Drive Usage

• PilahFoto uses limited Drive access only for folders you explicitly choose.
• We only read files from folders selected through the Drive folder picker.
• You remain responsible for the content you publish through your gallery.
• You represent that you have the right to share the photos involved.

5. Plans and Billing

• Free plan: limited to the number of project slots defined by the current plan rules.
• Paid plans: billed monthly through Midtrans.
• Project slot add-on: remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing may change with prior notice.
• You may cancel at any time. Paid access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
• Refunds are not available except where required by law.

6. Project Limits

• Each plan has a different limit for project slots.
• You may delete projects at any time from the dashboard.
• Deleting a project frees one slot under your plan limit.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use PilahFoto to:

• Distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users or systems.
• Manipulate or abuse plan limitations.
• Send spam or unwanted content through client galleries.
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure.

8. Service Availability

• We aim to provide continuous service, but uptime is not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or interruptions.
• The service depends in part on Google Drive APIs and other third-party systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

PilahFoto is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or photos in your Google Drive.
• Business losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the service.
• Actions taken by third parties including Google, Midtrans, or internet providers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled through good-faith discussion or, if necessary, competent courts in Indonesia.
